The design on this hat can be applied to other garments. Should you prefer to have it applied to a t-shirt, sweatshirt, cap, vintage cap, then please feel free to send us a message. Similarly, if there's a colour/shade that you have in mind that you'd like which isn't listed here then feel free to ask - we currently have 38 available!
All orders are shipped using eco friendly 100% plastic-free packaging. The bags are FSC certified meaning that they are manufactured from sustainable sources. They are also weather proof and 100% recyclable and biodegradable. We also only ever work with fair-trade suppliers and brands.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr tracked or 24hr tracked if you live in the UK. All Europe and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Sometimes, if certain garments are out of stock with our production partner/drop shipper, we will use another to fulfil your order. Similarly, certain suppliers stock colours that others do not. This means that packaging may sometimes vary, and rarely DPD next day delivery may be used instead of Royal Mail. We will cover the cost of any shipping difference.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
As items are made-to-order, we advise double-checking size by using our measurements chart as a guide. You can also reach out to us for sizing advice and we will do our best to help. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sizing issues unless they differ to significant a degree compared with our measurements chart. We don't accept returns based on a change of mind, for the same reason.
- We accept returns or exchanges on any products that arrive damaged, lost, or not as described.
- Cancellation or amendment requests are accepted before production has begun (typically within a 12 hour timeframe).If you'd like to check, feel free to pop us a message, and we'll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
- If returning, item must be returned within 1 week of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return/exchange postage costs unless item/s arrive damaged/not as described etc.
