Embroidery thread colour options are:
Black, white, light grey, dark grey, navy, sky blue, royal blue, red, baby pink, bottle green, golden yellow, hot pink, purple, lime green, orange, light brown, neon orange, neon green, neon yellow, neon pink, pale peach, pastel green, khaki, brown, apricot, rose pink, seafoam, turquoise, aqua, lavender, aubergine, and violet.
Note: light brown may look more like a light gold in reality.
Please note that embroidery can be a maximum size of 10cmx10cm. For one/two word embroidery, we recommend a height of around 5.4cm if opting for 10cm width, as 10cmx10cm dimensions can appear very distorted at this size.
A maximum of 6 thread colours can be used per design/text.
Some thread colours are premium (ones that are starred in the swatches image). If embroidering. A maximum of 2 premium thread colours can be used. Any more than 2 premium threads will cost an extra £1 per premium thread, and we will be in touch with an invoice for payment.
Premium threads are: neon orange, neon green, neon yellow, neon pink, pale peach, pastel green, khaki, brown, apricot, rose pink, seafoam, turquoise, aqua, lavender, aubergine, and violet.
Estimated processing/production are times 1-5 working days, when an order is made before 1pm on any given working day. If ordered after 1pm, it will be processed the next working day. For this reason, an extra day is added to our EDT, but ordering before 1pm means you're much more likely to have your parcel delivered sooner!
All orders are shipped using eco friendly 100% plastic-free packaging. The bags are FSC certified meaning that they are manufactured from sustainable sources. They are also weather proof and 100% recyclable and biodegradable. We also only ever work with fair-trade suppliers and brands.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr tracked or 24hr tracked if you live in the UK. All Europe and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Sometimes, if certain garments are out of stock with our production partner/drop shipper, we will use another to fulfil your order. Similarly, certain suppliers stock colours that others do not. This means that packaging may sometimes vary, and rarely DPD next day delivery may be used instead of Royal Mail. We will cover the cost of any shipping difference.
All tank tops come in plus sizes up to 2XL.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
As items are made-to-order and personalised, we advise double-checking size by using our measurements chart as a guide. You can also reach out to us for sizing advice and we will do our best to help. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sizing issues unless they differ to significant a degree compared with our measurements chart. We don't accept returns based on a change of mind, for the same reason.
- We accept returns or exchanges on any products that arrive damaged, lost, or not as described.
- Cancellation or amendment requests are accepted before production has begun (typically within a 12 hour timeframe).If you'd like to check, feel free to pop us a message, and we'll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
- If returning, item must be returned within 1 week of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return/exchange postage costs unless item/s arrive damaged/not as described etc.
